The Snake River Smallmouth Bass populations are outstanding and upper Hells Canyon Trout fishing is excellent as well.

Sturgeon Fishing is year-round on the Snake River in Hells Canyon. A typical sturgeon charter includes additional opportunity to catch smallmouth bass, rainbow trout, channel catfish, and depending on the time of year even steelhead.

Steelhead fishing on the Snake and Salmon Rivers is offered from October through February. It is not uncommon on a steelhead charter to have additional opportunity to hook into a White Sturgeon or a Fall Chinook salmon.
