Trail rides or Hunting trips in the Pecos Wilderness Initially established in 1974 by the Storey family siblings, (a sixth generation New Mexican family) Circle S has been offering quality guided trips into the Pecos Wilderness for over 25 years. All of our rides are private. We will guide you through the stunning beauty of the Sangre de Cristo Mountain range on a trail ride in the Pecos Wilderness where you will see a wide variety of wildlife. Elk, big horn sheep, turkey, bear, and mountain lions roam this region. We provide guided Elk hunting for Bow hunts and rifle hunts. We are licensed outfitter and guide for Unit 45 Sangre de Cristo Mountains We offer a variety of trail rides and pack trips to realize your dream vacation! Whichever it`s a short, medium, or long trail ride; or a pack trip to fish, hunting or photograph. We will create a personalized experience to meet your needs. Hunting Drop Camps
We provide horses and a wrangler to pack you in and out of the wilderness camp. This service provides a 12X14 wall tent for each group of four people. Wood stove, lantern, propane stove for cooking. Table, cooking utensils, sleeping cots, pads, shovel and an axe will be provided. One pack horse and one riding horse per person to go in and out.
