Each spring we relocate to Venice, Louisiana for a few weeks to fish the marshes. Venice is located in South Louisiana, where the Mississippi River enters the Gulf of Mexico. The marshes surrounding Venice are full of redfish, sheepshead, black drum, trout, and flounder

Lake Santeetlah is known for the wide variety of fish that live in its depths. We could catch trout, walleye, largemouth, smallmouth, and spotted bass, white bass, and panfish.

Let's do some exploring! Whether it be paddling the fingers of Lake Santeetlah, exploring the wilderness backcountry that only Calderwood Lake can provide, or seeing the sights on frigid Cheoah Lake, we can always find solitude.

Kayak fishing trips will be taken in our fully rigged Hobie Outback kayaks. With a comfortable raised seat and pedal drive for easy, hands free fishing, there is no kayak better suited for chasing trout in our deep mountain lakes.
