We have a few different section and all are very easy class I rapids with awesome wildlife viewing opportunities. The Yampa River is very relaxing and safe for all ages. The float is about 3-5 hrs depending on the water levels and section of river we do. The river can be cold from spring run off so staying inside the boat is preferred. Bring a bag with some spare clothes is always a good idea

The Yampa River that runs through the town for Steamboat springs can be a lot of fun in late May and early June. This section of river has lively class (II & lll) rapids depending on river flows. Great for families and kids over the age of 5. The length of the trip is about 1.5 hr from start to finish.

One of the most beautiful section on the upper Colorado. About 11 miles float from our private put in to our private take out. Not only do you catch wild brown trout you may also see Otters, Big Horn Sheep, Eagles and Bears on this float trip. Drive time is 1.5 hrs from Steamboat.
