Features: Alpine lake, views of Long’s Peak, cascading waterfalls, wildlife, wild flowers, rock scramble, alpine tundra, ancient forest Description: This is one of the most scenic hikes in all the Rockies. We'll get an early morning start through the forest and pass by several pristine waterfalls on our way up above tree line. Once above tree line the views will open up in all directions. We won't rush since the altitude can be challenging for some, but will move at a moderate pace throughout so that you have a chance to really take in the magic of this area. There will be plenty of rest breaks throughout for snacks and photo opportunities. After booking, you'll receive an email with details on what time and where to meet, how to prepare for the trek, things to bring, and what you can expect the day of.
